Your home heats according to who is in and favours off-peak hours. In summer, your air conditioning follows the same rules: it cools the house before you get back and switches off when a window opens. Most recent electric radiators, and air conditioners that work with an app or a remote, are all you need.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if I cancel the subscription?
Nothing stops. Your system belongs to you: it keeps running and you keep access from your phone. One-off support is still available: €90 remotely (up to 1 hour), or €90 per hour plus a €40 call-out fee on site.
Will my current smart devices work?
Most likely: bulbs, plugs, cameras, robot vacuums, speakers. We check together during our first conversation and add them to your dashboard.
Do you work on the fuse box?
Most installations don't need it. When it is necessary, the work is carried out by a partner electrician. [À confirmer avec ton partenaire]
What happens if the internet goes down?
Your home keeps working normally: heating, lights, shutters and automations all run on your hub, at home. Only remote access is paused during the outage, and it comes back by itself afterwards.
I rent my home. Is that possible?
Yes. Most devices are wireless and fit without any building work, then come off when you move: you take your setup with you. If a module needs to go behind a switch or on the electrical circuit, we recommend telling your landlord beforehand.
How soon can you install?
After the consultation, we agree on an installation date that suits you. The quote states how long it takes to prepare the equipment, which is configured and tested in our workshop beforehand.
Is the equipment guaranteed?
Yes. The equipment we supply is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a device fails during that time, we diagnose and replace it. And if an automation we set up doesn't work as agreed, we fix it free of charge.
Are my data and camera footage safe?
They stay at home, on your hub. Camera footage is never sent to a cloud, and remote access goes through an encrypted connection. We only access your installation with your permission, for maintenance.
