Data we collect

When you request a quote through the form, we receive the information you enter: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), postcode, the package you are interested in, a description of your project and, where applicable, the estimate produced by the estimator. This data is used only to prepare your quote and to contact you about it. It is never sold or used for advertising.

The form is delivered to our mailbox through the FormSubmit service, which acts only as a sending relay.

This website has no customer accounts and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The estimator runs in your browser: your choices are only sent if you submit the form.

When you contact us by phone or email, we use your details and your message only to reply to you, prepare a quote and support your installation.

Retention period

Exchanges with prospective customers are kept for no more than 3 years after the last contact. Customer data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then for the applicable legal periods (in particular 10 years for accounting records).

Technical data

Our host, Cloudflare, processes the technical data needed to display and secure the website (IP address, browser type). Fonts are hosted on our own website: no third-party service is called to display them.

Audience measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and pages viewed. This tool sets no cookies, does not track you across websites and produces only aggregate, anonymous statistics.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to contact@elytech-solutions.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Smart home installations

The systems we install run at your home. Your camera footage and home data stay on your hub and are not sent to us. With your permission, and only as part of a subscription or a service visit, we access your installation remotely to maintain it.

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
